A rare event will be happened in 2020


Jupiter, a rare event that comes close to Saturn, is set to take place in the sky on the 21st after 397 years. Debi Prasad Durai, Director, MP Birla Planetarium, said, “Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system. Saturn last appeared side by side in 1623. After that, the closest event of the two planets is scheduled to take place on the 21st.
Then, both planets will look like small stars. This is called the ‘greatest connection of the planets,’ he said. Following this rare event, the two planets are set to reappear next year on March 15, 2080.

The rare event on the 21st can be seen in the major cities of the country after sunset in the evening.
